Payment and Cancellation

Payment Policy

• A 25% advance payment of the total vacation package cost is required to confirm your reservation.
• An additional 30% of the total package cost is due within one week of booking.
• The remaining 45% of the total package cost must be paid at least 30 days before the scheduled departure.
• Flight fares and transportation fees are to be paid in full and in advance at the time of booking your package.
• If your travel is within 15 days of booking, the entire cost of the vacation package must be paid upfront.
• These policies are subject to change without notice. The final payment details and policies will be provided to you by your booking agent via email.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• If cancelled 30 days or more before departure, 30% of the total package cost will be deducted.
• If cancelled between 29 to 15 days before departure, 50% of the total package cost will be deducted.
• If cancelled between 14 to 8 days before departure, 75% of the total package cost will be deducted.
• If cancelled within 7 days of departure, 100% of the total package cost will be deducted.
• Flight fares are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective airline and may be non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed after deducting the retention fee, and the processing time may take 45-60 working days.
• These policies are subject to change without notice, and the final cancellation and refund policies will be provided to you by your booking agent.
